8. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We use a third-party SMS delivery platform to transmit the messages you've opted in to receive. This platform processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf, is bound by confidentiality obligations, and is prohibited from using your information for its own purposes. This operational use is not "sharing for marketing or promotional purposes" and does not conflict with Section 7.7 above.

Beyond this, we may disclose information only:

  • Service Providers: With vendors who help us operate our Services — for example, hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics providers — bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use your information only to provide services to us
  • Subsidiaries, Employees, and Contractors: With our own personnel and independent contractors who need the information to help us provide our Services, and who are required to follow this Privacy Policy
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described in this Policy
  • Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified such that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you

9. Data Retention

We retain your information, including SMS consent records, for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
